Since J.F. McKinney started representing the building in 2006, it's jumped from was 67% to 93% leased. With a small floorplate, it caters to smaller tenants who can still afford the Class A space with wide views of the city. In addition to the kitchen (enjoying the last throws of not having T?giving leftovers in it), the space has daylight-heavy offices, a winter garden, and a health club. |
