REIA Showroom at Gibson

REIA's annual holiday luncheon brought more than 100 members to Gibson's on Friday. We caught new REIA president Hilco Realty's Navin Nagrani  asking SomerCor 504 Inc.'s Gabe Beukinga (far right) about lending money for a deal. That was enough to catch the attention of Trilogy's Jeffrey Katz and BPG's Matthew Lattimer.

Looking hesitantly happy about the new year were Capmark's Leonard Deering, Hallmark & Johnson's Michael Kolodny, and RESolutions' S.L. van der Zanden. S.L. says he's working on a lot of receiverships and workouts. And how jolly of him to let us use his initials for our holiday greeting: Season's Leasings, everyone!
