Leopardo Completes Adler School

| The $10M, 101k SF Chicago campus for Adler School of Professional Psychology at 1 N. Dearborn St is now complete. Leopardo's project included of the demolition and build-out of a private ground floor entrance lobby and high-tech classrooms, conference rooms, library, collaborative spaces and administrative offices on the upper two floors. A two-story open atrium with grand staircase at each end connects the upper floors. The urban campus is seeking LEED-CI Gold. OWP/P Cannon Design was the architect; ConopCo the project manager. |
