Terwilliger Pappas Multifamily Partners dropped out of the effort by Nashville developer Alex Palmer to build high-end apartments on West End Avenue in Nashville. The development, dubbed West End Summit, has also lost a hotel developer that would have participated, and lender Wells Fargo, though Goldman Sachs has stepped in, the Nashville Business Journal reports. The move doesn't affect Terwilliger Pappas' plans to buy land on 18th Avenue S, a half-mile from the West End Summit site, with plans to develop about 200 apartment units there. [NBJ]
