CTL Packaging USA has named Red Rock Developments   as the developer for its new $58M, 226k SF building in Gastonia Technology Park. (Sure, it looks like a shoebox from the outside, but we'll take a nice pair of leather boots if they come with all that parking.)
 
The new space will house CTL?s North American operations and is expected to create 131 jobs over the next four years, Red Rock CEO Bill Smith tells us. CTL Packaging USA is a global manufacturer of plastic packaging products for the cosmetics, personal care, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Construction will start before year's end. Lane Holbert and Barb Jesperson of the Charlotte office of Cassidy Turley brokered the project.
