| Last winter, Boston Properties completed construction on the 900k SF mixed-use complex that sits between the Greenway and the harbor. So, how'd they do in a slow office market? The offices are 90% leased, and the 80 luxury apartments are 84% leased. Now that McCormick & Schmick is open (with an outdoor patio) overlooking the water, we'll bet this is a spot to savor next spring. |
