Chloe Gallivan is Bisnow's South Florida reporter and has been with the company since October 2024. She reports on emerging trends in the Southeast Florida region — including Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties — with a focus on data-driven analyses. This is her first job out of college, where she served as editor-in-chief for Savannah State University's Tiger's Roar. Chloe is a Miami native who enjoys painting, writing and traveling in her downtime.
