Swiss Biomedical Manufacturer Consolidates U.S. Offices In Alpharetta
A Swiss producer of a bone graft device is moving its U.S.-based employees to a flex office building in the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta.

Kuros Biosciences leased 50K SF at Founders Park, a 90K SF, single-story office building in Alpharetta, Bisnow has learned.
CBRE Senior Vice President Jessica Doyle arranged the deal on behalf of St. Petersburg, Florida-based East Madeira Corp., which owns Founders Park at 1735 Founders Parkway.
“This is a big win for Atlanta because this could have gone to another market,” Doyle said. “They’re expanding their U.S. footprint.”
The deal represents a consolidation of the biotech company’s U.S. operations, Doyle said. Kuros today subleases 5,400 SF at 10 Glenlake Parkway in Central Perimeter, according to CoStar data via Avison Young.
Savills Vice Chairman Bo Keatley and Corporate Managing Director Cory Hall represented Kuros, Doyle said. Neither responded to messages seeking comment. Kuros also didn't respond to a request for comment.
Kuros isn't the only European life sciences firm moving to North Fulton County. German pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim signed a lease for 73K SF to move its U.S. animal health division to Toro Development Co.’s The Medley at Johns Creek project.
While office vacancy hit an all-time high of 26.4% in North Fulton during the first quarter, 12 companies signed leases of at least 20K SF during the period, according to Colliers.
Kuros also isn't the only deal Doyle snagged at Founders Park. Cybersecurity firm 5Q Partners signed a 13K SF lease with plans to move its offices from Peachtree Corners, Doyle said.
Cresa principal Andy Roberts represented 5Q in that deal.
