Loudermilk, Hanover JV Reveals Look of Midtown Tower

The JV between Loudermilk Cos and Hanover Co has revealed its Midtown vision. The developers released renderings this week of their planned 28-story apartment tower at Peachtree and 7th streets that will contain 350 apartment units and 43k SF of office/retail space. The site, between 7th and Juniper, is near the just announced Juniper and 5th project, reported here yesterday. Groundbreaking is slated for next year. [Curbed]
