Uline Is Leasing All 1M Sf At Ackerman & Co.'s Braselton Logistics Center 1.

Ackerman & Co.'s bet on Braselton is paying off with a 1M SF lease. Shipping supplier Uline has inked a deal to occupy all of Braselton Logistics Center in a 10-year deal. The location will serve as its Southeast logistics hub.

The facility — being developed in a joint venture with The Yates Group and JAC Real Estate investments — is slated to deliver later this year.

The deal means Uline will move and expand from its existing warehouses in both Duluth and Buford, totaling more than 650K SF.
