Ziff Buys Fourth ATL Property

For Ziff Properties, a Villa Rica shopping center makes four for four.

The investment firm purchased Villa Rica Crossing, a 58k SF Food Depot-anchored shopping center, for $2.33M, which marks Ziff's fourth purchase in Georgia since 2012.

The deal was brokered by Colliers International's Tony D'Ambrosio, who arranged the sale through Auction.com.
