Chris Crosby is a recognized visionary and leader in the datacenter space and has served as founder and CEO of Compass Datacenters since 2011. Chris has over 25 years of technology experience and over 15 years of real estate and investment experience. Previously, Chris served as a senior executive and founding member of Digital Realty Trust. Chris was Senior Vice President at Digital Realty Trust, responsible for roles included global responsibility for corporate development, sales, marketing, design, construction, technical operations and customer service. Prior to the initial public offering of Digital Realty, Chris was founder and managing director of Proferian, which served as an operating platform for the private equity fund, GI Partners, and was rolled into the IPO for Digital Realty Trust. Prior to Proferian, Chris served as a consultant for CRG West, now Coresite. For the first ten years of his career, Chris was active in international and domestic sales, sales management and product development at Nortel Networks, a major supplier of products and services that support the Internet and other public and private data, voice and multimedia communications networks. Mr. Crosby received a B.S. degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. He serves as the Vice Chair of the board for the Masters in Datacenter Systems Engineering degree program at Southern Methodist University. Chris is also active in the Lonestar chapter of YPO.

Mark leads Iron Mountain’s emerging colocation data center business with full

responsibility for profit and loss, sales and operations at facilities in five states.

Under Mark’s leadership, Iron Mountain’s data center business has grown

tenfold in four years.

Prior to this role, Mark served as head of corporate strategy as a member of the

Iron Mountain senior executive team. During his 14-year tenure with Iron

Mountain, he has also held roles in portfolio management, capital investments

and finance. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Mark worked in the New York office

of Thomas Weisel Partners, a boutique investment banking firm. Mark graduated

with his A.B. in economics from Harvard University.

Adam Knobloch has been involved in the commercial real estate event and media space since 2010, having held roles in sales, account management, production and coordination. He joined Bisnow Media as the Global Director of Data Centers after having led event sales and strategy efforts in the CRE space for nearly a decade. Since 2012, he has found a significant passion for the data center and technology sectors, while building an international network of active followers across numerous asset classes in the US, UK, Canada and Ireland. In his current role, Adam oversees Bisnow Media's event and sponsored media strategy for the data center sector, having expanded its Datacenter Investment Conference & Expo (DICE) Series event offerings to more than 15 markets, with an international presence in the UK and Canada.

He previously held a board member role on the Telecom Exchange (TEX) Advisory Board, collaborating on content, speaker recommendations and event strategy. Additionally, he has made a point of promoting local and national organizations with a focus on STEM education and advancing the next generation into the technology sector through support, collaboration and ambassadorship. Notable organizations include the Nomad Futurist Academy, Infrastructure Masons, H5 Data Centers' STEM Fest and local chapters of both 7X24 Exchange and AFCOM.

In his personal life, Adam is a musician, having toured the east coast as the drummer of The Gantry. He was a frequent member of the NYC folk/indie rock music scene and is currently the drummer for A.M. County.

Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration from American University's Kogod School of Business, with a focus on Marketing and Public Relations.

Bobby is the Vice President of Sales for Schneider Electric's Data Center Solutions Team

(ITB). His team is responsible for consulting with Cloud Service Provider,

Commercial/Government end users & agencies for their data center physical infrastructure

needs. Bobby joined Schneider in 2009 leading Enterprise Sales Teams. Prior to joining

Schneider Electric, Bobby served as Vice President of US Sales for OKI, a wholly-owned

subsidiary of OKI Electric, Tokyo, Japan. Bobby has spent the last 20-years with a

concentration in sales management with enterprise customers in the technology sector.

A graduate of Indiana University Southeast holds a degree in Business. He currently lives

with his wife their three children in Southern IN near Louisville, KY.
