For more than 10 years, Donna has served as ISC Technology Service’s IT Sr. Director of Infrastructure Operations at the University of Pennsylvania – Data Center Management, Network Operations, Enterprise Automation, and other associated Infrastructure disciplines. She is responsible for leading the ISC Operations’ team and its transition to implement the ITIL methodology into day to day operations, infusing enterprise automation within the Operations environment, and implementation of a Quality Management System. The organization conforms to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. In this (and previous) roles, Donna has traditionally been brought in to transform organizations into more efficient, high performance operations. She is also an adjunct faculty member for Wilmington University’s Graduate and Undergraduate Programs in Technology. Professionally, Donna holds Board positions in the AFCOM Midlantic, 7x24 Exchange Delaware Valley, and Liberty Valley Association of Contingency Planners organizations. Donna holds a B.A. from Neumann University and an MBA from Wilmington University.

Pete is the founder of the PTS companies specializing in Data Center IT and Workplace solutions. For more than 22 year, Pete has been guiding any-scale data center development, commercial/industrial construction and managed IT/managed hosting projects.

His knowledge is a unique blend IT, data center facilities and workplace technologies. He is, in fact, an Accredited Data Center Tiers Designer (ATD) and has been involved in the development of millions of square feet of data center and enterprise space.

Pete is immersed in the evolving hybrid-enterprise - balancing on-site data centers and technology, with colocation, and cloud. Further, he is at the forefront of the evolving edge data center market.

Beyond the data center industry, Pete is well-versed and is an avid investor in blockchain and cryptocurrencies. He has and been involved with multiple startups in these burgeoning technology sectors.

Pete is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is founder and president and/or corporate officer of a number of corporations serving the data center and enterprise industries including:

Phillip has over 20 years of international marketing, strategy, and business development experience working in the Data Center, Telecom and Technology sectors for leading service providers. Prior to joining EdgeConneX, Phillip most recently worked for Equinix in various capacities in both marketing and business development. In addition, Phillip had stints at Coresite, Verizon, MCI, Nortel and Globalstar. Phillip was also a partner and founder of a tech consulting firm focused on international technology transfer and venture funding of university developed technology.

Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at EdgeConneX, Phillip is focused on developing, evangelizing and executing the marketing strategy and ecosystem development for the company. Phillip also serves on the advisory boards for Apomaya and Infrastructure Masons.

Phillip holds a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of California San Diego, and a Masters in Multinational Commerce from Boston University.
