Robert Finvarb is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1993. Following his graduation from law school, he practiced law at Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. in Miami. In 2003, he founded Robert Finvarb Companies (RFC) and currently serves as its CEO. Under Robert’s leadership, RFC has become an industry leader in developing, owning and operating mixed-use hotel projects throughout the United States. RFC has developed projects in excess of $1bn of market value, containing more than 3,000 hotel rooms and over 200,000 square feet of retail space throughout the U.S. and the company’s projects have been recognized for excellence by several organizations and municipalities, including, the American Lodging Investment Summit (best hotel project in 2017), Marriott International (Outstanding Contribution), the National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators and Developers (NABHOOD) and the City of Miami Beach. Steven Gretenstein is the Chief Operating Officer of Dacra a prominent real estate development company with a number of creative affiliated brands based in Miami. Along with CEO Craig Robins, Mr. Gretenstein manages the overall direction of the various entities in the Dacra family of companies including overseeing corporate management, brand development, operations, financing and the roll-out of individual initiatives.

Dacra, an early promoter and participant in the development of South Beach and Lincoln Road, has developed, managed and sold several million square feet of residential and commercial properties. Currently it has over one million square feet under development in the Miami Design District.

Mr. Gretenstein joined Dacra as Chief Financial Officer in 1994 and assumed the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer in 1997. Mr. Gretenstein has a Bachelor's degree in Urban Affairs from George Washington University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Florida licensed real estate broker and President of Dacra Realty.

Mr. Gretenstein is a past Chair of the Board of Directors of Jewish Community Services of South Florida, a major non-profit social service agency. He is currently a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors ofthe Greater Miami Jewish Federation.

Todd Rosenberg is co-founder and managing principal of Pebb Capital, a diversified, multi-strategy real estate and investment firm. Rosenberg oversees the strategic development of the company’s ventures and guides high-level endeavors from conceptualization to execution.

As a member of a prominent South Florida real estate family, Rosenberg credits his intuitive approach to a close-knit upbringing surrounded by industry leaders. His extensive experience and innate entrepreneurial spirit have transformed Pebb Capital into a real estate investment force since its founding in 2014. The company has since aggregated a real estate development and capital investment portfolio valued at over $2 billion in student housing, retail, office, hospitality, multi-family, co-living, and parking, as well as lending and preferred equity ventures.

Before helming Pebb Capital, Rosenberg was co-chief financial officer and in-house counsel for Pebb Enterprises, his family-operated business. He was previously a securities litigator at Fowler White Burnett and Homer Bonner & Delgado in Miami.

Rosenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Syracuse University and a juris doctorate from Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York.
