Mr. Deutch is a third generation Miamian who co-founded Pinnacle in 1997. He brings a wealth of experience to the multi-family housing arena, including finance, accounting, asset management and public policy. Mr. Deutch is involved in the hands-on, day-to-day management of the Pinnacle family of companies and oversees many facets of the business enterprise to ensure performance, sustainability and compliance.

Mr. Deutch began his career in the Corporate Banking Division at Southeast Bank, where he served as Vice President, responsible for a large portfolio of corporate loans as well as new business development. Thereafter, he became Manager of Business Planning at Costa Cruise Lines where he played a role in enhancing the company's various business goals and objectives.

Mr. Deutch received his M.B.A. from the University of Miami Graduate School of Business and B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Deutch is currently the President of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation, a $300MM enterprise that supports the mission of the hospital and also serves on the Executive Board of Trustees of the medical center. Mr. Deutch was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers, Florida’s statewide housing advocacy organization for the affordable housing industry, from 2011-2015. Mr. Deutch continues to serve in various leadership roles at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and Temple Beth Am.

Ms. Adames has more than 21 years' experience in affordable housing and real estate development. Ms. Adames has managed the day-to-day construction operations of approximately 35 affordable housing developments (both new construction and rehab) containing approximately 5,500 apartment units.

She has worked on all aspects of financing of various developments including financing of approximately 5,500 apartments units with total development costs in excess of $500 Million Dollars. She has managed the overall coordination and preparation of the financing applications resulting in an award of over $200 Million Dollars of subsidy to finance affordable housing developments.

Her career in affordable housing development began in the non-profit sector, and after 12 years working for large statewide and national organizations, she transitioned her career to the private sector focused primarily in the State of Florida.

In 2016, Ms. Adames joined the Principals of The Vestcor Companies, and formed Ambar3, LLC. Ambar3, LLC, the South Florida affiliate of The Vestcor Companies, develops housing under the Housing Credit and Mortgage Revenue Bond programs, as well as other financing programs that assist in the creation of affordable and workforce multifamily rental communities in Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe and Palm Beach Counties.

Ms. Adames is born and raised in Miami, FL. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Florida International University, Miami, Florida.
