Kevin Wallace oversees all development and acquisition activity for the company. He is also responsible for all legal matters for the company’s three divisions: Brokerage, Property and Asset Management and Investment/Development. Wallace Properties builds sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development projects in urban centers throughout the Puget Sound region. Kevin and his team have developed several award-winning projects including Citizen, a LEED Silver, 107-unit project in the Pike/Pine Triangle of the Capitol Hill neighborhood; 507 Northgate and 525 Northgate which together contain 428 apartment units and 80,000 square feet of retail space; The Eddy, 130 units with 14,500 SF of retail leased to Bartell Drug in the Green Lake neighborhood; and most recently Prism, 134 units with 4 live/work lofts in Northgate. Kevin began his career as a Real Estate Attorney at K&L Gates in 1997, moving to Foster Pepper in 2001.

Alesha has devoted her career to serving the Shopping Center Industry. Currently, as Director of Retail, she is responsible for the Retail Management Team that oversees all retail and restaurant tenant relations at The Bellevue Collection. Prior to this position she was a Managing Vice President of Leasing for Brookfield Properties where Alesha was involved with many national brands and helped advance the

re-envisioning of shopping centers. Through previous experience with Macerich, the direction of her career was established as she progressed to Assistant Vice President.

Alesha is very involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and currently serves as the Pacific Northwest Marketplace Membership Chair. She also works with the planning committees for local events and the Western Conference, gives support in both the local and national ICSC public policy programs, sits on the ICSC Economic Committee and has held many other board positions since joining

ICSC in 1999. She is active for many other industry associations including sitting on the board for the Washington Business Properties Association and is the incoming Chair for Washington Retail. These positions have given her a broad insight into the ever-changing industry and allow her to help drive the direction of the industry.

In her personal time, Alesha volunteers with many local organizations including being the immediate Past-President of PNB STARS, a group devoted to raising money for the Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB). Continuing in her devotion to the Arts, she is Treasurer for the Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE). Additionally, Alesha is an active member of Seattle Yacht Club (SYC) and holds the position of the 2024 Admiralette as well as the Junior Advisory Co-Chair. She has chaired multiple opening night PNB Galas and many other PNB events, raised money on capital campaign and community events for PACE and helped support SYC on many different events.

Rick Parks started leasing and selling commercial real estate in 1987 at CB Commercial and then Grubb & Ellis. He joined Pulsair Systems, Inc. as sales manager in 1997 where he trained and developed the company’s independent distributorships. He also coded the company’s inventory and implemented a purchase order system that streamlined the development of new business and production. Joining TRF in 2000, Rick is responsible for leasing and marketing all of TRF’s owned and managed properties. He oversees 60 lease transactions annually, has developed a strong business network and market knowledge. He brings this experience and builds leasing strategies to retain tenants, backfill vacancy and launch new retail developments. He ensures that TRF tenants, landowners and investors have the right information and strategies for making business decisions that drive asset value and long term wealth.

Rick is a licensed Washington real estate broker, graduated from Washington State University and past ICSC Alaska/Washington State Director. He is married with three kids and loves family time at Hood Canal and on the water. In his spare time, he reads books and trades stock options. Sometimes the stars align and he takes in a salmon trip or gets to chase a monster elk in the Idaho back country.

Lindsey has devoted her career to understanding the legal risks her clients face in the construction industry. Her clients include developers, owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, international multidisciplinary design firms, and local engineering and architecture firms. She takes great pride in offering an integrated suite of services to her clients, providing advice on risk management, contract negotiation, and conflict resolution, as well as defending her clients from claims. Lindsey’s practice spans Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona and she considers it an honor to counsel her clients as they change the way people live, work and travel in the Pacific Northwest.

Lindsey is deeply engaged with organizations in the field of construction and she holds numerous leadership positions as well as being recognized as an honorary American Institute of Architects (AIA) member. She is a respected leader in her field and a frequent presenter to industry organizations and professionals on a range of construction law topics.
