Mollie has significant experience in the acquisition, disposition and management of complex real estate transactions domestically and internationally, including underwriting and closing transactions involving direct equity, bridge equity, senior and mezzanine debt and joint ventures across multiple property types representing over $2B in equity and debt investments and over $4B in asset value. From 2012-2018, Mollie worked exclusively with affiliates of The Blackstone Group. In her work with Blackstone, Mollie managed investments in which she co-invested and acted as a board member and investment committee member representing Blackstone. Prior to co-founding Cephas Partners, Mollie was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Principal Investments group in New York. Mollie also served as an analyst at UBS Investment Bank.

Mollie is a graduate of Harvard University, where she earned an Honors Degree in History and Science. While at Harvard, Mollie walked on to the rowing team and earned NCAA Division I All-American, All-New England and All-Ivy honors.

Mollie is the 2018 President of CREW Seattle, and has served on the Board of CREW Seattle since 2015. She has also served the CREW Network Finance and Investment Committees as Member/Chair from 2014 to present. Mollie serves on the Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee of ULI Northwest and is a Member of NAIOP. Mollie has received several honors and recognitions including Seattle 40 under 40, NAIOP’s National Developing Leader Award, and was named a BisNow Seattle Power Woman. Mollie has three children and enjoys spending time in the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.

Pete joined Trinity Real Estate in 2010 after 11 years at ING Clarion Partners, where he closed over $2 billion in real estate investments. His expertise in investment, development, asset management, and consulting has consistently helped complex and often challenging projects deliver improved returns for owners. Pete’s experience encompasses all kinds of commercial and multifamily properties, including hospitality, office, multifamily, industrial, and retail. Whether approaching a distressed portfolio or competing for a coveted redevelopment challenge, Pete is skilled at matching opportunities with client goals while aligning the needs of investors with each project’s complex web of stakeholders.

An active member of the Urban Land Institute, Pete is an advisory board member for the Pacific Northwest chapter, as well as an active member of both the Pacific Real Estate Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Lindsey has devoted her career to understanding the legal risks her clients face in the construction industry. Her clients include developers, owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, international multidisciplinary design firms, and local engineering and architecture firms. She takes great pride in offering an integrated suite of services to her clients, providing advice on risk management, contract negotiation, and conflict resolution, as well as defending her clients from claims. Lindsey’s practice spans Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona and she considers it an honor to counsel her clients as they change the way people live, work and travel in the Pacific Northwest.

Lindsey is deeply engaged with organizations in the field of construction and she holds numerous leadership positions as well as being recognized as an honorary American Institute of Architects (AIA) member. She is a respected leader in her field and a frequent presenter to industry organizations and professionals on a range of construction law topics.
