Prior to joining Colliers, Joe was Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he led the company’s regional higher education, healthcare and public sector consulting and brokerage practices.

Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Joe was Senior Vice President and Co-Managing Principal of The Staubach Company in Philadelphia. Projects of note include headquarters for General Instrument (Motorola Broadband), NFL Films, Tyco International, AmeriHealth New Jersey, Parker McCay and regional offices for AIG, U.S. EPA and U.S. GSA.

Joe has managed the acquisition, leasing, and development of more than 4,000,000 SF of office space on behalf of corporate and institutional clients and has developed strategic real estate plans for Air Products, OKI Data Americas, Organization of American States, Kutztown University, Camden County College, Bancroft NeuroHealth, tAmerican Revolution Center and The Wistar Institute.

Anthony is well known for his entrepreneurial ecosystem engagement throughout the city of Philadelphia. He is Co-founder and former CEO of Benjamin’s Desk (now 1776), serving as a champion and growth strategist for entrepreneurs.

Anthony Maher joins Scott Mazo as Partner and President of UPA in January 2019. He is a strong advocate for public/private partnerships and will strategically curate every UPA building with the Philadelphia innovation ecosystem in mind. Anthony’s experience curating coworking space as Chief Growth Officer of 1776 is expansive. He looks forward to applying the same knowledge, experience, and zeal throughout the square footage of The Platinum Corridor®.

Anthony was also Partner of Philadelphia’s First Base Commercial Office Brokerage for several years, a brokerage that was created to help high growth tech startups secure their first traditional office space. Anthony was a First-Team College All-American and 10-year professional soccer player and brings the same focus and discipline that build effective teams to help create long term partnerships and impact. He can usually be found exploring the local playgrounds or community soccer fields with his wife and three young sons.

Audrey Greenberg is Co-founder of Discovery Labs (DL) and the Center for Breakthrough Medicines (CBM), a 2.4 million square foot integrated life sciences innovation hub. Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s “Cellicon Valley,” CBM is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that enables rapid development and commercialization of advanced therapies. CBM’s comprehensive service offering accelerates speed to market for cell and gene therapies and mitigates risk through robust platform technologies, advanced analytics, and integrated program and supply chain management. CBM’s vision and execution are supported by a first-class team of seasoned scientists and biopharmaceutical leaders with a unique approach to CDMO relationships which put the client and patient first.

Audrey has a strong track record of building companies through capital attraction and optimization strategies, key strategic relationships, novel technologies, and by assembling the finest management teams. Before launching DL and CBM, Audrey spent two decades working in private equity, investment banking and public accounting. Ms. Greenberg is a dynamic speaker, champion of women’s leadership causes, and mentor to aspiring professionals. Audrey was recently selected by Philadelphia Magazine as one of the top trailblazers in Biotech and was featured on the cover of Main Line Today’s Power Women edition. Audrey has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a registered CPA in Illinois.

Audrey is a member of the Board of Directors for New York Mortgage Trust (NASDAQ: NYMT), The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the King of Prussia Business District. She is an active participant in the Chamber’s Diverse Procurement Collaborative, Philadelphia Skills Forward Initiative, CEO Council for Growth’s Cell and Gene Therapy and Connected Health Initiative, and Discovery Starts Series. She is a member in Life Sciences of Pennsylvania helping to organize conferences, participate in Leadership Circles and sponsor events.

Audrey is a fierce advocate for the global recognition of Greater Philadelphia as the number one location for Cell and Gene Therapy. She has spoken at over 50 conferences and panels over the last 12 months passionately promoting “Cellicon Valley” as the perfect location for life science. Audrey is also an outspoken advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives and speaks on panels about diverse perspectives being critical components to successful decision making.
