Chris Buccini is Co-President of The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (“BPG”), and founder and President of BPG Real Estate Services, LLC, the entity responsible for BPG’s office, residential, retail, and parking management and leasing efforts. Mr. Buccini is responsible for the ultimate performance of the company’s commercial, retail, parking and entertainment activities, leading its acquisitions, financing, leasing, operations, and disposition efforts. Since joining BPG in 1999, Mr. Buccini has grown the company to over $4 billion in assets, including ownership of six million square feet of office and retail space, 6,500 hotel rooms, 2,000 apartments and four live entertainment venues. In addition, Mr. Buccini co-founded and is co-owner of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union. Mr. Buccini is the founder and current member of the Board of The Light Up The Queen Foundation; a member of the Board of Trustees of Wilmington Friends School; on the Board of Directors of the Brandywine Conservancy, United Way of Delaware, and Wilmington Renaissance Corporation; and a member of the Delaware Business Roundtable, City of Chester Institute for Economic Development, and Hagley Museum and Library Council of Advisors. Prior to The Buccini/Pollin Group, Mr. Buccini was the Director of Acquisitions and Senior Vice President of Barrow Street Capital, LLC, a New York City-based real estate private equity fund which is an affiliate of Greenhill and Company. Prior to joining Barrow Street, Mr. Buccini was a Vice President at Eastdil Realty, where he was involved in the disposition, financing and development of investment quality office, retail, industrial, lodging and multi-family projects. Mr. Buccini received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Kurt Foreman was appointed President and CEO of Delaware Prosperity Partnership (DPP) in the spring of 2018. DPP is the public-private economic development organization created by Governor John Carney and the Legislature to take the lead in promoting the State of Delaware as a premier business location for companies considering new locations or expansions and to attract entrepreneurs and innovators eager to nurture and grow new ideas and ventures in a vibrant and supportive environment. DPP is a 501C3 nonprofit funded by the state and private-sector investors. Foreman's experience includes serving in various senior roles in economic development groups throughout the United States, including in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and twice in the Washington, D.C., metro area. Foreman has served as a site selection consultant working directly with companies to help assess and choose where to locate or expand throughout the nation. He also worked as an executive recruiter with a leading global executive search firm supporting senior-level searches across many sectors. Foreman received his bachelor’s degree at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa., and his master’s degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C. And perhaps most importantly, he and his wife, Julie, have four grown children and three grandchildren.

Doneene Damon’s extraordinary leadership includes her roles as the president of Richards Layton, co-chair of the firm’s Business Department, and chair of the Corporate Trust and Agency Services Group. Doneene focuses her practice on formation and operational issues relating to Delaware statutory trusts and Delaware and New York common law trusts in all types of commercial and business transactions, representing issuers, underwriters, investors, and trustees. Doneene advises clients on the use of common law trusts, statutory trusts, owner trusts, master trusts, series trusts, and titling trusts in connection with capital markets transactions. Considered “terrific” and praised as “experienced, careful, smart and very personable” (Chambers USA), Doneene was recently featured in an article in Super Lawyers and was honored as one of Savoy magazine’s Most Influential Black Lawyers. Her practice includes representing banks and trust companies in connection with their trust and agency services under Delaware and New York law in various commercial transactions, including their roles as trustee, collateral agent, verification agent, custodian, master servicer, depository agent, securities intermediary, paying agent, registrar and transfer agent, and exchange agent. In addition, Doneene represents health-care clients in all types of commercial and transactional matters, including the purchase and servicing of health care receivables and the issuance of tax-exempt bonds. She also served as primary Delaware counsel in a series of first-to-market structured finance transactions employing the use of blockchain distributed ledger technology. Jeffrey is an experienced executive with a deep history in financial services and new business start-ups. Before starting Marlette Funding and Best Egg, he was the President and Co-founder of Independence Energy, a startup Retail Energy Supplier that launched in June 2011 and was subsequently purchased by the Fortune 500 company NRG Energy. Prior to Independence Energy, he held various executive roles at Barclaycard US and Juniper Bank, was a general manager of Citi Group UK’s Credit Card Business and was CFO of the Associates’ European Businesses. He earned a BA in Economics from Franklin and Marshall and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from University of South Carolina. Jeffrey enjoys running and skiing and resides outside of Philadelphia with his wife and three daughters.

Denny Nealon is the Chief Executive Officer for Barclays US Consumer Bank (USCB) and Barclays Bank Delaware (BBDE) where he is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Barclays’ consumer business in the United States, which includes award-winning credit card programs and retail deposits. Denny is part of Barclays America’s management team and serves as a Director on both the BBDE and IHC Boards. Denny has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. credit card industry and first joined Barclays in 2004. Most recently, Denny served as President of the USCB with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the consumer business. Prior to this, he was Head of the US Partnership business, where he oversaw strategic relationships with leading brands across the airline, travel and entertainment, financial institution, and retail segments. Prior to joining Barclays, Denny worked at Bank One and Chase Card Services, where he held leadership positions in finance, business development and partnership management. Denny graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served seven years as a Logistics and Supply Corps officer before joining the corporate sector. He also holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, with concentrations in Finance and International Business.

Philip M. Patterson Jr. has been senior vice president and chief financial officer for Solenis since 2018. He is responsible for all financial activities of the company, including accounting, treasury, tax, controllership and financial planning and analysis, as well as information technology, shared services, mergers and acquisitions, and the global consulting and analytics group. Patterson led the completion of a comprehensive refinancing of the Solenis in 2019, substantially improved its liquidity and financial flexibility. He also secured financing which enabled a transformational transaction bringing the BASF Paper and Water Chemicals business to Solenis. The same year, he successfully led the relocation and build-out of the company’s world headquarters. Patterson is a native of Delaware and he holds an executive MBA in finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, both from the University of Delaware. He has also completed coursework in strategy at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Patterson is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants and the CFO Advisory Board. Professional career Senior Vice President, Strategy, and CFO, CP Kelco division of the J.M. Huber Corp., 2011-2018. CFO, Engineered Materials Division, 2010-2011. CFO, Aqualon Group, Hercules, Inc., 2007-2010. Various executive, senior management, and financial and reporting responsibilities for divisions within Hercules, Campbell Soup Co and Associated British Foods 1995-2007. Patterson began his career at Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia and was a senior auditor/manger, Price Waterhouse LLP, 1991-1995.

Blaise Fletcher is an Executive Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the greater Philadelphia region. He serves as the Market Lead for JLL’s Wilmington, DE office which includes oversight over a team of four brokerage professionals. Blaise has strong expertize throughout Delaware and has successfully negotiated high profile transactions on behalf of many of State’s largest employers. During Blaise’s 12-year career in real estate, he has concentrated on tenant consulting and agency leasing projects throughout the region. His focus on long-term real estate strategies delivers flexibility, cost savings, and increased efficiencies to his clients. Blaise began his career in commercial real estate with The Staubach Company in 2007 and moved into JLL’s Philadelphia office post-merger. Prior to joining Staubach, Blaise worked the residential homebuilder Pulte Homes. Blaise holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and English Literature from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware. Blaise is the Broker of Record for JLL’s Delaware office and is also a licensed salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania. His local affiliations include membership in The Committee of 100 and the Delaware Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC).

Rob Stenta is the Director of Office and Industrial Leasing at Pettinaro, one of Delaware’s largest and most active real estate developers, and is currently the President of CIRC, the Commercial and Industrial Realty Council of Delaware, a non-profit, trade organization, providing services to the commercial real estate industry in Delaware, since 1976. Rob was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, graduated from University of Delaware, and has been licensed and actively practicing commercial real estate in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 2005, specializing in landlord representation. Rob began his career in commercial real estate as a broker, with Emory Hill, and has experience in all asset classes, including office, industrial, land and retail.
