Leslie started her real estate career at the Goldenberg Group, a regional mid-sized real estate development firm located in Blue Bell, PA, as an Associate Development Director. During her 7-year tenure, she was promoted three times ultimately achieving the position of Senior Vice-President of Development. Leslie led the development of a $50 million, 342,000 square foot shopping center, the largest single development in West Philadelphia and the largest development in a Federal Empowerment zone located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2008, Leslie and her partner Gregory Reaves, established Mosaic Development Partners. Since its founding, Mosaic has developed over $54 million in real estate projects and has created over 200 construction jobs and 100 full-time jobs. Leslie is a graduate of Brown University and Villanova School of Law.

Brian K. Edmonds, SIOR – Managing Director of SVN | The Concordis Group, has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate as both a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Advisor and a Corporate Real Estate Director of a Fortune 500 Company.

A licensed real estate broker in PA, NJ, DE and NY, Brian has a particular focus in office and industrial tenant representation, property sales and strategic real estate planning. Brian has represented a long list of corporate, non- profit and government clients in the Greater Philadelphia area.

As a member of the SVN Corporate Services practice, Brian brings a history of managing large corporate and institutional accounts with clients including Comcast Cable, Verizon Communications, URS Corporation, AT&T, Federal Express, the School District of Philadelphia, the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of PA.

Brian is a recognized commercial real estate and business leader in the Philadelphia area. He has been featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ) in their “Dealmaker” series while also receiving the PBJ Minority Business Leader award and Best Real Estate Deals award. Additionally, he has been recognized with the prestigious Costar “Power Broker” award multiple times and received the 2013 SIOR Largest Office lease transaction National award.

Brian’s volunteer activities include serving on the Board of Directors of Corenet Global Philadelphia Chapter, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Philadelphia Chapter, the Urban Affairs Coalition and the African American Chamber of Commerce of PA-NJ-DE.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Planning from Penn State University.

Adam Mullen

Adam Mullen helps lead KBC with responsibility for the company’s vision, ongoing strategic initiatives, and expansion into new markets and business lines. He joined KBC in 2021 after spending 8 years in various leadership positions with CBRE.

In his previous role with CBRE, he served as Greater Philadelphia Market Leader. Adam was responsible for 450 people across the company’s entire regional business including brokerage, capital markets, debt and structured finance, property management, valuations and project management. Before moving into a geographic leadership role at CBRE in 2019, Adam led the Industrial & Logistics line of business in the Americas. He oversaw a team of 800+ brokerage professionals who were responsible for more than $55B in Industrial transactions in 2018.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Adam led the Retail and eCommerce practice for Fortna, where he led companies on how best to solve complex supply chain problems in support of their business imperatives. His efforts spanned supply chain strategy, distribution center operations, material handling systems and warehouse management/execution systems implementation.

Adam grew-up in Naples, Florida, spent 14 years in Atlanta after attending college and now lives in Philadelphia. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Natalie, preferably while on road bikes.

Blane Stoddart

Blane Fitzgerald Stoddart is President and CEO of BFW Group, LLC. BFW provides construction project management, construction administration, owners’ representation, and development consulting services to non-profit and for-profit developers, government, large general contractors, schools, and institutions in the Mid-Atlantic region. BFW has served on the project management team for marquis projects including the Comcast Technology Center, PennFirst the new Penn Hospital; and the New Jefferson Hospital to be built at 1101 Chestnut.

Mr. Stoddart holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Stoddart is Vice Chairman of the Board, Global Philadelphia Association; Co-Founder of the Black Jewish Alliance of the Anti-Defamation League; Commissioner, Governor’s Commission on African American Affairs; Co-Founder of the CEO Access Network at the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce which partners large company CEOs to mentor small business CEOs; Advisory Board Member of Econsult; and President of Young Caribbean Professional Network. Mr. Stoddart has been named “One of 50 People to Watch” by Philadelphia Magazine; “10 Under 40” by the Philadelphia Tribune; and Outstanding Minority Business Leader by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Mr. Stoddart was bestowed the “Inaugural Globy Award” by Global Philadelphia Association for his efforts in making Philadelphia a more International City. Mr. Stoddart is a LEED Green Associate and OSHA Certified.

Nylz Reyes

Northwestern Mutual Real Estate

Nylz Reyes is an associate for Northwestern Mutual Real Estate where he provides due diligence support for all debt and equity investments across all property types along the east coast for Northwestern Mutual’s $50 billion real estate investment portfolio.

Prior to Northwestern Mutual, he worked for CBRE’s Healthcare Group in Boston, Ma where he specialized in the valuation of healthcare properties across the nation. He later transferred to CBRE Philadelphia where he valued all property types within the Philadelphia Metro Area for a broad base of clients.

Before CBRE, he was a healthcare provider at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He saw the writing on the wall for the future of healthcare and decided to career pivot into the commercial real estate industry. However, Nylz’s transition did not come without tribulations, and once given the opportunity, he co-created and led CBRE’s Philadelphia Diversity Taskforce. Nylz completed his undergraduate studies at North Carolina A&T State University and recently received a Master's of Science in Real Estate degree from New York University.
