Rich directs the development, leasing, and management of Keystone’s portfolio with a forward-thinking insight that brings concepts to execution. At Keystone, he’s credited with over 20 million square feet of lease transactions and five million square feet of development, collectively valued in the billions of dollars. His career-defining transaction (so far) is signing Amerisourcebergen to their new headquarters, catalyzing the development of SORA West in Conshohocken.

Prior to Keystone, Rich held leadership roles at Stoltz Management Company, Prentiss Properties Trust, and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Rich holds an MBA from Temple University and is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania.

Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters

William Sproule is the Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters (EASRCC). EASRCC represents more than 41,000 members in Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the Territory of Puerto Rico. Our members come from many different trade groups, including: commercial/residential carpenters; heavy highway; piledrivers; floor-layers; mill cabinet; and tradeshow.

William is the former President & Regional Manager of the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters which was dissolved and merged into Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters on May 30, 2018. After the merger William was appointed as the Assistant Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters which would be renamed to the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters in December of 2019. In April of 2019, William was appointed Executive Secretary-Treasurer.

As Executive Secretary-Treasurer of EASRCC William’s duties include managing and leading the development of the organization’s policies and procedures; overseeing all of the day-to-day operations for the Council’s local unions in developing collective bargaining agreements; and organizing and expanding work opportunities for union membership.

Michael Tierney is a Partner in the Corporate Transactions and Real Estate Departments at Dilworth Paxson LLP. His corporate practice includes a wide variety of transactional matters, including negotiating and drafting business agreements, including licensing, vendor, technology, software, management and related third-party agreements, private equity financings, fund formation, corporate governance, new business formation, investor relations, due diligence review and strategic analysis in connection with proposed mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and related investments.

In his real estate practice, he represents developers in commercial transactions and counsels clients in leasing, acquisition, construction and financing matters. He also represents businesses in obtaining necessary zoning permits and appealing tax assessments.
