Peter Sibilia is Head of US Transactions at LaSalle. He is responsible for leading the firm’s US transactions platform, including sourcing, underwriting and execution across investment activity, working closely with Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and Research and Strategy teams.

Before joining LaSalle in 2026, Peter served as Managing Director at Rithm Capital and Chief Executive Officer of Adoor Residential, where he led investment strategy, portfolio performance and operating execution for a large single-family rental platform. Previously, he was Partner and Head of Investments at GreenBarn Investment Group, overseeing acquisitions and asset management across complex and special situation investments. Earlier in his career, Peter spent over 15 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he held senior acquisitions leadership roles and executed more than US $10 billion in transactions across core, value-add and opportunistic strategies.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Seton Hall University and is a CFA Charterholder. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Andrew joined Ackman-Ziff in June 2023 as a Director. He is responsible for the structuring and execution of debt and equity transactions including debt financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, joint venture equity, and programmatic equity across a range of asset classes.

Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, Andrew was on the principal side at Strata Equity Group leading an industrial and retail investment vehicle where he was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, conducting due diligence, capitalizing new investments, and asset management. Prior to Strata Equity Group, Andrew was at JLL in Los Angeles representing Kaiser Permanente across Southern California where he completed over 100 transactions across land acquisitions, build-to-suits, office acquisitions, and leasing. Prior to JLL, Andrew was an analyst at HFF in Washington, DC. Andrew has been involved in over $4.5 billion of acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, and leasing activity.

Andrew is a member of YJP – New York and UJA Federation of New York. Andrew is a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, double majoring in Finance and Management, and was a captain of the men’s golf team.

James O. Lang focuses his tax and corporate project finance practice on tax incentive programs, Qualified Opportunity Zone and Qualified Opportunity Fund financing, tax credits, and related state and federal incentive programs. Jim is closing over $24 billion of Qualified Opportunity Funds and ancillary Qualified Opportunity Zone deployment of funds and has closed or is structuring several billion dollars in tax credit incentivized transactions. Jim and his team have accomplished more than 850 QOZ deployments and more than 400 captive QOF formations for high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Jim represents funds, investors, lenders, community development entities, and for-profit and not-for-profit project sponsors in complex transactions where capital stacks require enhancement through incentive financing, including Qualified Opportunity Zone incentives, state and federal new markets tax credits, affordable housing and low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and renewable energy tax credits. He works with funds, investors, lenders, project sponsors, and qualifying businesses to structure these tax incentive programs along with ancillary governmental and non-governmental financing programs, including inbound immigration and Visa investment programs, grants, and taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Jim works with clients on developing creative structures designed to increase benefits and ameliorate risks.
