About this webinar

SUMMARY:

Capital is moving fast toward a narrow set of asset types right now: data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare facilities, and the utility infrastructure that supports all three. But the underwriting rules are shifting as quickly as the money is moving. Interest rates, power availability, and construction costs are forcing lenders and equity partners to rethink how they size, structure, and price these deals, and owners who don't understand the new playbook are losing ground to those who do.

Join us as we unpack how capital is actually flowing into top asset classes today: what's getting funded, what's getting passed over, and how owners and developers are positioning their projects to win financing in a tighter, more selective market.

In this webinar, capital markets leaders and developers will share:

  • How lenders and equity partners are underwriting data center, manufacturing, and healthcare projects differently than they did two years ago

  • Where interest rates and construction costs are having the biggest impact on deal structure and returns

  • What owners need in a capital plan or financing package to stand out to lenders right now

  • How technology and better data are helping teams move faster from underwriting to close

WHO ATTENDS: Owners, developers, CFOs, VPs of Finance, lenders, equity investors, and capital planning and project leaders across data centers, manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, and utilities
