About this webinar

SUMMARY:

Now more than ever, facility owners are finding that budget constraints are no longer limiting their programs—it's resources. Power availability, water access, labor supply, and supply chain delays are reshaping project viability. Capital plans written years ago become obsolete when these realities shift mid-project.

Join us as we discuss how to rethink capital planning in this environment: where resource constraints reshape project viability, how to adjust forecasts when original assumptions break down, and what visibility and processes actually look like when you're planning around scarcity, not just spending.

In this webinar, facility owners and finance leaders will share:

  • How resource constraints are reshaping capital project timelines and budgets

  • Real examples of mid-project pivots and cost reforecasts

  • What a capital planning process needs to account for today

  • How technology and better processes give you visibility to lock in plans before breaking ground
