Capital in Motion: A Roundtable Discussion on the CRE Equity & Debt Markets

Designed for Bisnow’s Young Professionals Network for VPs, Directors, Associates & Analysts (Elevate), this session will feature the most active commercial real estate sponsors and capital sources from across the country for an interactive and candid conversation on the state of today's capital markets.

This exclusive roundtable will bring together institutional and sub-institutional equity and debt providers alongside experienced CRE sponsors to discuss where capital is actively being deployed, what deal structures are getting done, and what the most active firms in the market are looking for right now.

What We'll Cover:

  • Where equity and debt capital sources are deploying today and why

  • Investment and development strategies gaining traction in the current environment

  • How sponsors are successfully sourcing and executing deals in a competitive landscape

  • What capital sources are looking for in a sponsor partnership

This is a rare opportunity to hear investors and developers speak openly about what works, what doesn’t, and how deals are getting funded and projects are breaking ground today.

Free to attend. Space is limited and registration will close once capacity is reached.
