How You'll Do More Business:

Towards the end of 2023 we saw an increase in return-to-office mandates, with 2 million workers under an in-person work requirement in August and an additional million expected to be by the end of the year, according to JLL. With folks returning back to commercial buildings, what do they want from their spaces? Ten years ago, the top three priorities for an occupier in the building design process were safety, quality materials and reliability. Today, security is second on the list, topped only by sustainability. There is a growing demand for more secure buildings, yet developers, architects, engineers and construction teams are not delivering this early enough in their internal processes.

Join us for an enlightening webinar that explores the critical role of amenities and technology in leasing commercial buildings, and how to future proof your building to make it the best in the market!
