As CEO and co-founder of Paragon Gaming, a developer and operator of gaming-based properties, Diana L. Bennett is a second-generation casino operator and one of the most effective and respected executives in the gaming industry today. She and her partner, Scott Menke, have created a company that developed, constructed, and now manages the River Cree Hotel and Resort on the River Cree Reserve outside of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This was the first-ever First Nations gaming property in Alberta. Paragon also owns the Edgewater Casino in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and the Eagle River Casino Travel Plaza in Whitecourt, Alberta.

After attending Arizona State University, Bennett's career started under the tutelage of her father, industry icon William Bennett. As an executive of Circus Circus Enterprises' leadership team, Bennett opened and operated multiple gaming operations that became landmark gaming properties, including the Luxor and Excalibur. She also led the merger of the executive staffs of the Edgewater Hotel and Casino and the Colorado Belle Hotel and Casino in Laughlin. She also directed the purchase, takeover, and integration of new management into one of the timeless icons of the Las Vegas Strip, the Sahara Hotel and Casino, acquired by the Bennett family's Gordon Gaming division in 1995.

Bennett has been personally responsible for the management of multiple casino operations. She is recognized as an expert in establishing gaming systems, and served as president and chief operating officer of Casino Data Systems, where she planned, grew and managed one of the major gaming manufacturers in North America and became licensed in multiple gaming jurisdictions. In 2007 she was named as one of the Top Ten Great Women of Gaming in the U.S.

Aaron Pacillio

As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Pacillio is responsible for executing Davlyn’s multifamily investment strategy. He directs the sourcing, underwriting, financing and negotiations of apartment acquisitions. Mr. Pacillio has led Davlyn’s multifamily acquisitions team for over 15 years. To date, he has been directly involved in the acquisition or development of over one billion dollars of multifamily investments. Prior to joining Davlyn, Mr. Pacillio was an Acquisitions Manager for Pacific Property Company, a Palo Alto based real estate firm focused on value-added multifamily investments. In less than two years with Pacific, he acquired in excess of 2,000 units throughout Southern California representing a total consideration of approximately $270 million. Prior to Pacific, Mr. Pacillio was a Development Manager for the Finger Companies, a national multifamily developer based in Houston, Texas. There he was involved in over $100 million in multifamily investments throughout the country, including mid-rise concrete, high-density wood frame and townhome style developments. Mr. Pacillio’s early career included a development position with a multifamily REIT as well as a Regional Property Management position with Ewing/North America Properties. Mr. Pacillio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University, where he also completed the Graduate Finance Program.

Michael Moriarty

Michael Moriarty joined The NRP Group in 2023 as a Vice President of Development focusing on the western market expansion in Arizona and Nevada.

In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and entitling new projects, comprising everything from the land acquisition to the start of construction.

Prior to joining NRP, Moriarty was the co-founder and managing partner of The Ardour Company, a multifamily development firm in Las Vegas for two years. He led all development and investment activities including the acquisition and entitlements of three multifamily projects comprising 650 units. Previous roles also include, investment management for AT Industrial Co, which delivered 1 million square feet of industrial buildings within 2 years of company inception, and three years at The Wolff Company where he managed all aspects of the development cycle for over 2,000 units spanning a variety of product types including multi-family, adaptive reuse, and senior living across Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and California markets. Prior to these positions, Moriarty served as an engineer at Critchfield Mechanical Inc, designing and building HVAC systems in Silicon Valley.

Moriarty holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Judy Chen

Judy began working in hospitality after an internship with hotelier Andre Balazs. Prior to her position at Dream - Hyatt Hotels, she was Director of Design and Development at Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood where she was responsible for analyzing potential acquisitions and management opportunities as well as overseeing property renovations and new construction. She held the same position at the corporate office of Thompson Hotels (now Sixty Collective) in New York City from 2008-2011. She has also worked as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, assisting with asset sales, hotel valuations, development advisory and management selection. As a lecturer at NYU’s Real Estate Institute, Judy implemented its first hotel development overview course for its graduate program, where she is an alum. Judy holds a BS in architecture design from the University of Virginia and a MS in real estate development from New York University. She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Mike Larson is an Architect and Project Director who has worked extensively in the development and management of projects for hotel, gaming, entertainment, and food and beverage. During his 15+ years of professional practice, Mike has worked with some of the most prominent names in the industry including Hard Rock, MGM, Marriott, Caesars Entertainment and The Tao Group. Deeply immersed in the dynamic Las Vegas market, Mike is a knowledgeable and effective thought leader who understands the forces driving design and development in the hospitality industry. He is an eloquent advocate for rigorous project management and design strategies that optimize both guest experience and client investment.

Dan Palmeri

Dan Palmeri is a Senior Vice President with CBRE specializing in office occupier services in the Southern Nevada market. He has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience providing tenant representation, leasing and sales advisory services for some of the most prominent corporate clients, business owners and federal and state government users in the market. Dan’s data-drive approach provides his clients with unique and innovative insights to make informed business decisions that have a positive impact on the company, employees and bottom line. Since he began his career in commercial real estate, Dan has been responsible for leasing more than 7 million square feet of office space in the Nevada market.

Dan is an active member of the SIOR Southern Nevada Chapter, building strong relationships within the business community both regionally and nationally. He is also an active member of the local Las Vegas community, sitting on the board of After-School All-Stars Las Vegas Chapter. Prior to joining CBRE, Dan was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

He began his community development journey at the age of 13, raising funds for the first Cancer Hospital in Pakistan "Shaukat Khanam Hospital". Since then he has been involved in volunteering and serving missions of various non profits. His focus is on empowering neglected youth and adults in Asia, Europe and The United States of America. 

Since 2005, Hassan has served as an AmeriCorps Vista "Youth Advocate" with the Salt Lake City School District and since 2015 he has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Clark County District Court. He also on the board of Nevada Chapter for the Young Non Profit Professionals of Southern Nevada (YNPN) and currently holds a Board seat on Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth - NPHY Board as well as HUD - SNH Clark County Continuum of Care Board which is the official board acting on behalf of the HUD-Continuum of Care (CoC) Program designed to promote community wide commitment to the goal of "Ending Homelessness".

Apart from being involved in a non profit sector, Hassan has over 15 years of professional experience in real estate development and private equity sector, his expertise includes underwriting, asset management and development of real estate assets.
Specializing in funding acquisitions and development projects through conventional financing, HUD programs, Tax Exempt Bonds, LIHTC, GRANTs and by structuring Public Private Partnerships. He has bachelors in computer science and holds various certifications from Neighborworks America and a Real Estate License in the State of Nevada.
