R.J. Hottovy, CFA is Head of Analytical Research for Placer.ai. He has covered the retail, restaurant, and e-commerce sectors for nearly 20 years, most recently serving as a Fund Manager for Aaron Allen Capital Partners. He has held several analyst positions in the past, including Global Consumer Equity Strategist at Morningstar and equity analyst roles at William Blair & Co. and Deutsche Bank. Hottovy also brings a wealth of experience with early-stage investments as an investor and member of the investment committee for the IrishAngels/Vitalize venture capital group. Over the past three years, he has worked with more than 50 consumer and technology companies, advising on more than $200 million in early-stage capital raises and other buy- and sell-side M&A transactions. Hottovy is also a member of the Chicago Seed Co. network, a group of Chicago-area investors focused on early-stage food and beverage companies.

Michael Perkins joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2011 and currently serves as Vice President and Director of Marketing for the company and its subsidiaries. In that role, Michael helps coordinate and serves on committees to assist the company with its financial reporting, IT and marketing strategies.

In addition, he plays a vital role in the development and enhancement of the company’s annual Fair Market Value report and helps verify the data within the report. He also serves as the Project Manager for the development and ongoing enhancement and function of the Majestic Realty Co. website.

Michael is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and emphasis in Finance.

In Alanna's current role, as National Director, Retail Leasing, for Canada, under the Real Estate Management Services Group (REMS), she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail leasing program and strategy for REMS' clients. Alanna's provides tactical leadership to the retail portfolio.

Alanna brings nearly 25 years of focused retail leasing experience to Colliers International. She provides long-term strategic planning to retail leasing and retail shopping centre repositioning. She provides knowledgeable direction for new development projects including working with acquisition, finance and construction project teams and developing relationships with retailers and brokers alike. Alanna also provides for business growth and expansion approaches to retailers on a multi-market level and assists in their understanding of an ever changing retail landscape.

Her strategy identifies current market and property conditions in order to value add through repositioning, re-leasing, re-development, management and marketing.

Alanna is well experienced in a variety of retail assets; lifestyle, community neighbourhood plazas, mixed use (retail/residential, retail/office) and power centers

Her previous experience also includes acting as Property Manager of more than 2 million square feet of a mixed asset portfolio.
