Daniel Fenton is the Head of Product for JLL’s AI Platform where he leads the team that builds JLL GPT. Daniel first joined JLL in 2010 and helped create the firm’s patented 3D mapping application, Blackbird. Daniel then joined Esri, where he contributed to launching ArcGIS Hub, the world's largest open data platform for geospatial data. In 2019, Daniel returned to JLL to spearhead the development of cutting-edge market intelligence and analytical products. With a deep passion for technology and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve, Daniel strives to continuously innovate within the real estate industry. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two young children. In his free time, Daniel enjoys discovering the vibrant arts and food of the city and tending to his garden.

Bill Williams, an accomplished people leader and technology veteran, is our Head of Sales. Bill has more than 25 years of experience in IT deployment, IT management, systems engineering, technical sales, and sales management. Bill’s proven track record of delivering results, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leading high-performance teams in a competitive and dynamic market will directly contribute to Introl’s future growth. As a long-time leader in the data center space at Cisco Systems, Bill was instrumental in taking new products from zero dollars in revenue to $200M and beyond. Bill holds a U.S. Patent for content networking, is an accomplished public speaker, and a published author. He has written widely about the economic and business benefits of cloud technologies and is passionate about customer satisfaction, clean tech innovation, and ethical and responsible profitability. He holds an MBA from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, and masters degrees from Harvard Divinity School and Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, North Carolina.
