Jordan Breck has been in the real estate investment business for over 6 years and is a partner at MRP. He is responsible for sourcing acquisitions, modeling investments, and oversees the company’s growth strategy. Jordan has been personally involved in over $150 Million worth of transactions. Jordan has been with the firm since graduating from Loyola University Chicago with a BBA in Finance.

Carol Schillne is a 32 year veteran of the retail/franchise real estate industry, and a specialist in retail tenant representation. Having worked extensively on the development side of the business and in brokerage, she brings a creative and fresh perspective to her clients. Carol has expertise in assisting local and national retailers and restaurant brands with their real estate needs. She takes special measures to truly understand her client’s brands and how they relate to their customer.

With state-of-the-art analytical tools, she combines both research and strategy to optimize her client’s real estate choices. She maximizes value through tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, market analysis, and consulting services. As an industry veteran, Carol is often a guest lecturer and regularly participates in industry programs as a thought leader. Her focus outside of work is faith, family, and hiking in Sedona.
