Alex Sharrin is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Leads the Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease Team of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Mr. Sharrin specializes in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of net leased retail, industrial, office and medical offices properties throughout the United States. JLL’s Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease group offers an array of core services, including net lease disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, debt & equity financing, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, build-to-suit and capital markets consultation.

In his current role, he has sold over $5 billion of net lease real estate totaling more than 500 transactions. Alex prides himself of being a private capital specialist, focusing on finding unique pockets of capital for his clients.

David is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and co-leads the national Private Capital group. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 22 years of multi-housing real estate experience, including investment advisory, debt and equity placement. David started at HFF in May 2017 and completed more than $5.5 billion in investment sales transactions with more than 70,000 units sold. He was previously a Managing Director at Berkadia Real Estate Advisors, where he was responsible for multifamily investment sales in the central U.S. Before that, he was a Vice President of Investments and Senior Director of the National Multifamily Group at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
