As President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Property Trust, Nelson Mills is responsible for the Company’s overall strategy, capital transactions, operations, and the performance of its portfolio of investments. Mr. Mills has also served as a director on the Columbia Board since 2007. He was an independent director for Columbia until being named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2010, when he oversaw the establishment of an internal management team for the Company.

Mr. Mills has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate investment and financial services industries. Prior to joining Columbia, he served as the President and COO of Williams Realty Advisors, LLC, managing and advising a series of real estate investment funds.

Previously, Mr. Mills served as Chief Financial Officer with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (US), Inc., one of the world’s largest institutional investment managers specializing in the acquisition and management of commercial real estate.

Dan Kaplan, FAIA, LEED AP, is a Senior Partner at FXCollaborative, a New York City-based architecture, interiors, and urban planning firm. Dan serves in a design leadership capacity for many of the firm’s complex, award-winning projects. Adept at creating large-scale, sustainable buildings and urban designs, he approaches every project with the mission that it must repair and elevate the larger urban, cultural, and natural contexts. Notable projects include 1 Willoughby Square (Brooklyn, USA), Allianz Tower (Istanbul, Turkey), Ministry of Taxation (Baku, Azerbaijan), 888 Boylston (Boston, USA), Fubon Financial Center (Fuzhou, China) and 3 Hudson Boulevard (New York, USA).

Mark is Tate Access Floors’ Commercial Sales Director, LEED AP, and graduate from Ohio State University holding a BA degree in Architecture. Combined with 36 years of access floor industry experience, Mark is a reputable source of experience and knowledge incorporating access floors within the built environment including benefits, challenges and forward thinking ideas.

Mr. D’Arcy is a senior managing director and has been involved in headquarter development management projects for several companies. He also has been working on Hines equity developments, as well as multifamily projects, and on leading new business initiatives or projects. Mr. D’Arcy has been with the firm since 1998 and has also been responsible for assisting in the acquisition, leasing and development of several Chicago-area projects.

D'Arcy earned a BA in Political Science from Kenyon College.

Yvette Turner is responsible for the financial and operational management of all Crocker assets within the Atlanta region, which currently totals over 2.5 million square feet.

Prior to joining the Crocker organization in 2009, she was Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle where she was responsible for a one million square foot, three-property portfolio in North Atlanta. Previously, she oversaw a portfolio of three TIC properties totaling 750,000 square feet in South Florida and served as Group Manager on behalf of TIAA-CREF and HSBC in Tampa, managing 750,000 square feet in office space.

Ms. Turner earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. She holds real estate sales licenses in Georgia, Florida, and Colorado as well as the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional designations. She is a current member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is responsible for the Diamond annual company sponsorship of the Atlanta Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) organization.
