Brad Zizmor and Dag Folger launched A+I in 1996. Classmates at Columbia University, Folger and Zizmor built an agency practicing integrated design - a unique approach to solving client challenges that unites strategy, architecture, and brand expression.

For over 25 years, Brad has worked at the forefront of innovative architectural design spanning workplace, residential, retail, and mixed-use development projects across the United States and abroad. He is an inductee into Interior Design Magazine’s Hall of Fame.

Since its founding, A+I has grown to be an internationally renowned agency with a diverse practice. Brad serves as an advisor to our clients and takes a 30,000ft view of key partnerships, ensuring that A+I delivers on an exceptional creative standard, and that our clients receive the very highest level of service.

Current responsibilities

Emily Hill’s focus is on office lease transactions, project marketing,

business development and client relationship management, while

creating long-term value for office investor clients through a focus

on client investment objectives, key market drivers, macroeconomic

trends and capital market opportunities.

Experience

Emily Hill leads the Charlotte Market for JLL Office Agency

Brokerage. Emily brings 10 years of leasing and project marketing

experience in the multi-family and office commercial real estate

industry.  Emily joined JLL in 2024 from CBRE and prior to CBRE

was the Sales and Acquisitions Manager for Weybright Properties in

Indianapolis.

Education and affiliations

Emily earned her Bachelor’s of Science from Butler University. She

is an active member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of

Realtors and is involved with Alexander Youth Network and the

Charlotte Ballet.
