Summary

  1. As we reexamine what many of us took for granted -- our health -- will we also reexamine the buildings that we spend so much time in?

  2. What will be the lasting design changes to office buildings and what are just the short term changes from this pandemic?

  3. Landlords used to try to lure tenants with fancy gyms and cold brew on tap. Are high air-circulation and new filtration systems the next "it" amenities?

  4. Very little is agreed on about the coronavirus, but almost everyone agrees it is harder to spread outside. Will the next wave of buildings see an uptick in open air designs?

  5. How difficult is it to renovate existing buildings, and what are the most important upgrades?
