Why This Matters

What You'll Learn:

  1. What a campus approach is and how landlords can benefit by offering flexibility at scale and activating a wider range of services for occupiers — portfolio wide.

  2. The amenities desired by occupiers to meet the requirements to achieve a “campus-like” atmosphere.

  3. How global occupiers are evaluating the technology across portfolios to allow for linking and the integration of their geographically dispersed sites.

  4. The valuation benefits of connecting multiple buildings nationally and globally by adopting a campus model.

How You'll Do More Business: As landlords are increasingly incorporating more flexible workspace as part of their overall portfolio, how can they adapt and accelerate strategies to keep up with evolving tenant demands, and how can this be leveraged to further increase the value of their assets? Explore with our panellists a new flex model “campus approach”, that is reimagining office portfolios nationally and optimizing ROI.

Who Attends: Investors, developers, brokers, property managers, tenants, architects, lawyers, and general contractors.

Why You Should Attend: Bisnow events bring together the biggest power players in the industry to identify opportunities, build your network, and expand your business. With the largest audience of commercial real estate professionals in the world, no one knows how to help your business more than us.
