William Wells is the founder and CEO of Milestone Partners.

Prior to founding Milestone Mr. Wells was a member of the real estate investments team for Fortress Investment Group’s credit funds, where he focused on making opportunistic joint venture real estate equity investments. Before that, he was a member of the investment team for Wells Fargo’s (NYSE: WFC) Real Estate Capital Investments group where he underwrote and managed opportunistic joint venture real estate equity investments. Prior to his time at Wells Fargo, he began his career in commercial real estate investment as an acquisitions intern at The Bascom Group.

Mr. Wells holds dual bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and religion from Biola University’s School of Arts and Sciences, an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and an MS in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Real Estate. He is currently completing an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering. Mr. Wells serves on alumni boards for both Biola University and MIT.

Hilliary Turnipseed is the Founder of Hill Street Strategies, a full-service consultancy that provides comprehensive talent acquisition, talent management and workplace culture solutions. She specializes in early-stage startups, as well as the education technology, media production and advertising industries. Companies she has worked with include Discovery Communications, Black Girls CODE, POLITICO and Blackboard. While Turnipseed's primary expertise is in recruitment, she also focuses on implementing diversity and inclusion strategies along with employee engagement and wellness program initiatives. She is well known for her creative approaches to optimizing workplace environments and policies for the Millennial and Gen Z generations.

Based in the New York office, Mr. Klaber manages a team of senior recruiters, researchers, and client managers all serving the commercial real estate sector and Treasury Risk positions within the Banking Sector.

As a Senior Recruitment Executive, Mr. Klaber has completed hundreds of searches.

His successful track record includes placing executives across a range of functions within commercial real estate including Senior Commercial Bank Executives, public and private company Chief Financial Officers, Private Equity Directors, Acquisition executives, Asset Managers, Pension Fund Capital Raisers and Investor Relations executives.

Prior experience includes time with a Media and Entertainment search firm, where he managed research and candidate development for assignments that included Presidents, CEO's, CFO's, and Directors for companies ranging in size from $10M to $4B.

He began his executive search career recruiting mid-level executives across multiple industries and functions for a global recruitment firm.

Mr. Klaber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.

To call Stacey a people person is an understatement; she thrives when helping others. Stacey is a professional speaker, trainer, facilitator and mediator…with refreshing sincerity and genuine compassion, Stacey will lead you to the results you want.

Prior to her role with Consilio, Stacey was a serial entrepreneur starting 4 of her own businesses, as well as, helping several technology startups achieve their financial exit plan. Her 20 years of coaching on behavioral and operational changes coupled with her master certification in Neurolinguistic Programming and being a certified hypnotist has honed a razor-sharp skill at turning around the toughest of dysfunctional teams and resolving the most challenging interpersonal conflicts.

In her free time, Stacey enjoys golfing, hiking, being outside, rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals, playing with her kids and hanging out with friends and family. Her motto is quote from one of her favorite teachers, Jim Rohn: “Work harder on yourself, than you do on your job.”
