She is based in San Diego and leads Integral Group’s Science and Technology sector, focused on providing deep green engineering solutions for laboratory, life science, and high tech clients.

Kasey Garcia

Kasey Garcia is a Senior Director in CBRE’s Workplace practice based in Los Angeles. With a background in design and business consulting, her role is to identify the key challenges of a client’s existing workplace environment and develop a cohesive future occupancy strategy. Kasey specializes in creating a business case for change by demonstrating how data can better inform efficient and effective programming and work flows.

Since joining the practice, Kasey has led the development and implementation of workplace strategies for clients across North America. Kasey works with a range of client workplaces that include up-and-coming technology companies as well as well-established legal and financial services firms. In addition to strategy development, Kasey also guides clients through the change process, ensuring that clients can successfully transition to new ways of working and are equipped to best utilize and engage their employees within their new environments.

Prior to joining CBRE, Kasey was an Associate for Axiom Global. While with Axiom, she developed bespoke legal department management programs in partnership with senior in-house legal executives for a portfolio of F500 clients in New York City and Los Angeles. She also graduated from Yale University with a BA in East Asian Studies, concentrating in Japanese Art & Architecture. The design skills fostered in the course of her architecture studio practice and the problem-solving mindset developed in her previous role are both key to her work with the Workplace team. Kasey leverages these experiences to develop creative and analytical solutions for her clients.
