Jeffrey Weinberg is founder and president of Drexel Properties, a real estate investment, development, and property management company. Founded in 2002, Jeff’s company presently manages over 900 units across the north side of Chicago which includes both his own and third-party properties. With a disciplined approach to service, systems, and accounting, Jeff is responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing of the portfolio as well as the strategic vision and growth for the company.

Jeff earned a BS in mathematics and computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also holds an MBA in finance and real estate from DePaul University. Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and member of the Chicago Association of Realtor. He is a founding member and co-president of the Northwest Side Building Coalition (chicagonsbc.com), and Executive Board member of the Neighborhood Building Owners Alliance (nboachicago.com). Representing over 75,000 units, both organizations provide advocacy and education for neighborhood property owners and housing providers throughout Chicago and Cook County.

In civic matters, Jeff is involved with many philanthropic endeavors with a particular focus on youth mentoring. Jeff provides both hands-on and financial support to Chicago Scholars, a nonprofit that prepares under-resourced Chicago high school students for college and career; CircEsteem, an organization that unites youth from diverse racial, cultural, and economic backgrounds and helps them build self-esteem and mutual respect; and Students Run Chicago, a youth mentoring program that teaches goal setting, responsibility, and discipline through a mentorship-based marathon training program.

When not working, Jeff enjoys traveling and spending time with family. As an avid runner, Jeff has run over 30 marathons including completing the 6 Marathon Majors across the US, Europe and Asia.

Mike brings over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, asset and property management, and development/redevelopment of Multifamily real estate. Mike is responsible for overseeing the existing Sunroad Multifamily assets and will be the key person responsible for growing the platform through both the acquisition of existing assets and seeking strategic development opportunities.

Previously Mike served as a Senior Director of Asset Management at Arenda Capital Inc in Beverly Hills and as Multifamily Advisor to Loma Linda Universities $1b endowment fund. Through these affiliations Mike assisted on the acquisition and renovation/development of some 8000 Multifamily units over a 3 year time period.

Previous to Arenda Capital Mike served 7 years in various executive capacities with Riverstone Residential Group to include Executive Vice President, Western Division President, and Chief Client Services Officer. Mike was responsible for the oversight of up to 80,000 Multifamily units in 7 states.

Mike also served 3 years as Senior Vice President at Watermarke Properties in Los Angeles, 10 years as President at Interland Corp in San Francisco and 10 years as Chief Operating Officer at FPI Management Inc in Sacramento, Ca.

Chris Burns

Chris Burns joined Willow Bridge over 15 years ago. He is responsible for all East apartment management operations, totaling in excess of 23,000 units, as well as new business development throughout the region.

Chris is a graduate with honors from Florida Atlantic University and holds the designations of CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor - National Apartment Association) and CPM® (Certified Property Manager - Institute of Real Estate Management). He is a former President of the Florida Apartment Association, and Member at Large for the National Apartment Association, and a past President of the Broward/Palm Beach Apartment Association. Mr. Burns is currently an Officer of the Atlanta Apartment Association. Previous to joining Willow Bridge, Chris was the Director of Residential Management for RMS Partners. Mr. Burns has over twenty-five years experience in apartment management and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Peter Ruddy is the founder and president of RUDDY, an institutional property

management firm, founded in 2021 bringing disciplined, owner-aligned 3-rd party

property management to multi-family real estate across the Mid-Atlantic.

Under his leadership, the firm stewards over 5,500 units across 140 communities

in four states — the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida —

managing each asset with the rigor and transparency that institutional owners

expect. A graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.,

and an Accredited Residential Manager, Peter oversees a corporate team of 50+

staff and over 100 field personnel while leading the strategic growth and direction

of RUDDY.

Kimberly Zylka

Kimberly Zylka is the Vice President and Director of Property Management at Republic Properties Corporation.

With more than 20 years of real estate operations experience, Kimberly has been involved in the development, leasing, and management of multi-family, mixed-use, privatized, retail, and commercial portfolios throughout the East Coast. Her experience in building successful teams and solid partnerships enhances Republic’s ability to excel in new property lease-ups, value optimizing takeover properties, and managing long term hold assets. Kimberly’s focus is to maximize value for owners while cultivating rewarding resident experiences.

Prior to joining the Republic team, Kimberly served as a Director with Lincoln Property Company, AIMCO, Lerner, and Community Realty Company and is a graduate of Old Dominion University.
