Vinh Thai is Senior Vice President of Investments at Zenith, which he joined in 2022 concurrent with the firm’s initial joint venture with JP Morgan Asset Management. Vinh was instrumental in the deployment of capital for the firm’s initial vehicle and currently oversees investments for Zenith’s second venture. Prior to joining Zenith, Vinh was involved in multifamily and mixed-use development at LCOR and Carmel Partners, where he focused on acquisitions, underwriting, and project execution. He began his career in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking Group. Vinh holds a B.S. in Finance and Global Business from NYU Stern and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack.

Evan has been investing in Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) since 2020 through multiple joint ventures and co-founded Base Industrial in 2025 to exclusively focus on the IOS sector. Prior to founding Base Industrial, Evan served as Senior Vice President at Platform Ventures, a real estate private equity fund manager. During his tenure, he was involved in more than $2 billion of acquisitions and over $300 million of development projects spanning all major asset classes. Over his fourteen years at Platform Ventures, the firm grew from its inaugural fund to more than $3 billion in assets under management. Evan holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Finance and Banking from the University of South Alabama

Jack Shulman joined the B&D Holdings team in December 2023 and is a senior acquisitions professional involved in all of the firm’s investment activity, with a primary focus on sourcing transactions throughout the Northeast. ‍Prior to joining the team, Jack served as Senior Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at The STRO Companies, an industrial acquisitions/development firm, where he led the firm's acquisitions and oversaw all of their financing and recapitalizations. He has also held senior investment roles at Rodney Capital, HAP Investments, and The Kalikow Group, with experience spanning multifamily, retail, office, and development projects across the U.S. ‍Jack holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and is a graduate of Muhlenberg College, with a dual major in Economics and International Business.

Dan Flamholz is the co-founder of Greenspring Realty Partners which is a vertically integrated real estate investment company. Dan focuses on industrial acquisitions and development work up and down the east coast and handles all aspects of his company's day to day operations.
