Educational Workshop: Building Your AI Capital Markets Agent

About This Workshop

A two-hour interactive workshop designed for real estate GPs, capital raisers, investor relations professionals, and fund managers who want to build and deploy an AI agent that runs your capital raising operation—from investor research and outreach to content creation and LP communications.
 

This workshop is split into two halves: 
 

• First, you'll learn how to build an AI agent from scratch using Claude and Anthropic's toolset—giving it a brain, memory, skills, email access, and API connections to the software you already use. 
• Then, you'll watch that agent execute a full capital raising campaign through a live case study, from cold investor research to personalized outreach to content creation.

Participants will receive post-course access to Circle, where we'll share recordings, agent templates, prompt libraries, skills files, and tool configurations.
 

You'll learn how to:

• Build an AI agent from scratch: how to give Claude a brain (system instructions and custom prompts), access to your local files and fund documents, skills for specific capital markets tasks, email and communication capabilities, and API connections to tools like Clay, your CRM, and enrichment platforms
• Give your agent memory and context: how to upload your track record, deal history, investor notes, and market research so the agent operates with the same institutional knowledge as your best analyst
• Connect your agent to real tools: how to wire Claude into email, Slack, Google Drive, and third-party platforms through MCP integrations and API connections—turning a chatbot into an autonomous workflow engine
• Train your agent on capital raising: how to build skills files and prompt templates that teach your agent to research investors, score deal fit, draft personalized outreach, create marketing materials, and manage IR communications
• Watch it work end-to-end: a live case study where we deploy the agent against a real capital raising scenario—from building the investor universe to sending personalized outreach to generating thought leadership content
   

You'll leave with a working AI capital markets agent, the complete architecture for how it was built, and a repeatable system you can customize for your own fund and deploy immediately.
