As President of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Justin Segal oversees operations, marketing, leasing, and technology for a portfolio of commercial property across the country. Justin takes the lead on analytics, enterprise data and process engineering. Thanks to his contributions, Justin was instrumental in the creation of the company's reputation as a national leader when it comes to the use of tech for designing, implementing, managing and supporting business decisions, operations and goals. Justin is associated with a number of affiliated entities, acting as director or principal. Among them are Boxer Finance (commercial real estate lending), CasAlegria (residential sales and lending) and Tidewell Energy (natural gas). Before joining Boxer, Mr. Segal founded a real estate financial accounting software company, Stemmons Software. He also spent several years offering counsel to early-stage venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley. Justin serves on the boards of the RealComm CIO Advisory Council, the Houston Education Research Consortium, the Governing Body of the Houston CIO Leadership and YES Prep Public Schools, where he chairs the Technology & Operations Committee. He is also a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, which manages the Webby Awards. Justin attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelors. He received a Juris Doctor from the New York University School Law.

Anna Squires Levine is the Chief Commercial Officer at Industrious, overseeing integral company functions including operations, marketing and sales, and ensuring all pillars of the organization work together to meet Industrious’ strategic commercial goals. Prior to being named Chief Commercial Officer, Levine held the positions of General Manager of Coworking and Head of Growth, respectively. Before joining Industrious, Levine was the co-founder of Run for America, a bipartisan political consulting firm electing the next generation of leaders to Congress, and the founding President of Born Free Africa, a private initiative to end pediatric HIV. Under her leadership, Born Free opened operations in the U.S., Nigeria, and Kenya and contributed to a 60% global decline in children newly infected with HIV. Levine started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she spent four years working with business and public sector leaders in healthcare.

Guy Vardi is Chief Innovation Officer for Silverstein Properties. He joined the company in 2016 to oversee the firm’s process of innovation and change management. Before joining SPI, he co-founded Matific, a startup that empowers teachers and encourages students to discover and explore mathematical concepts through playful interaction. Matific is used by millions of students and translated into 11 languages. Matific was named the winner of the 2016 SIIA CODiE Award for Best Mathematics Instructional Solution. In 2003, Guy helped found Oberon Media, a company that expands and diversifies the demographics of computer gamers. He oversaw the development of the most popular platform for distribution of casual games at the time. Oberon's Game Center network reached over 40 million users. Guy started his career as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. Later he spent several years developing innovative digital experiences and interaction models for the Israeli Defense Forces. Highlights of his work include creating the first commercial VR environment for e-commerce, pioneering production of interactive video using wearables cameras, co-producing software that explores the relationships between classical poetry and interactive media, implementing the TCP / IP protocol over can and wire telephone and conducting an experiment that demonstrated carriers pigeons are faster than ADSL. Guy holds a degree in computer science from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzelia. He lives in the Upper West Side with his wife and children.

For the better part of 20 years, Kris has led teams at some of the leading real estate and alternative investment firms in creating and launching company-critical initiatives, including executing on organizational redesigns, improving processes for efficiency gains, solving for how to obtain strategic insights and information more quickly, and evaluating and implementing technology systems.

As vice president for commercial real estate, Brian is responsible for leading the US commercial sales and marketing organization. Additionally, Brian oversees sales, marketing and product strategies for Yardi's commercial real estate asset management, procurement, coworking and energy solutions. Before joining Yardi, he spent 15 years as founder and president of several start-up companies.

Lionel Foster is an investor at Camber Creek. In his career before Camber Creek, he was a senior communications manager for the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. Before joining Urban, Foster was special assistant to the director of the Baltimore City Department of Planning and an opinion columnist with Baltimore City Paper and the Baltimore Sun. An alumnus of Johns Hopkins University’s Writing Seminars program (BA), Foster earned master’s degrees in social policy and planning and regional and urban planning studies at the London School of Economics, as well as a master’s degree in creative and life writing at Goldsmiths College, University of London, during his tenure as a British Marshall Scholar. He is currently completing a JD at Georgetown Law.
