SVP, Sales & Marketing

LPR Construction

Over my 25 years in Estimating and Sales with LPR there has been a lot of growing and adapting from solely working only in Colorado to exceeding our goals of working all over the country, some even outside our borders. Learning to adapt to new markets and strategies has been challenging, but rewarding in many ways. I have become fascinated with the psychology of sales. Learning and understanding the possible reasons for why someone acts or reacts as well as the buying motives people may have. LPR has always understood work/life balance and gives the flexibility to allow me to go to my kids’ events or take care of personal challenges that pop up. LPR takes care of their own, like family.
