Mr. Rollman is a Managing Director and leads acquisitions at Tryperion Holdings. His primary responsibilities include transaction sourcing and underwriting, as well as leading financings and closings. Prior to Tryperion, Mr. Rollman served as Vice President, Investments at CIM Group, where he was responsible for West Coast market coverage and originations across various investment strategies and all major asset classes. He previously was an investment banking analyst at Solomon Partners. He holds a BS in Economics with a finance concentration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Emi is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Investment Research at Heitman. She leads the North American and Asia-Pacific research teams, overseeing strategy development and underwriting for all private equity and debt investments. Emi is also a member of Heitman’s North American Private Equity Investment Committee and Valuation Committee. Additionally, Emi analyzes demographic and technological trends and their impact on real estate investment strategy and portfolio construction. She received a BA with honors in Urban Studies from Stanford University and is a member of the Stanford Alumni Real Estate Council, the ULI Global Exchange Council, the Board of NAIOP Chicago, and the Lambda Alpha Ely Chapter.

Jim Halliwell is Managing Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions at

Principal Real Estate Investors and has been with the firm for 19 years. He

has been in the real estate industry for 30 years in areas of finance, asset

management, workouts and equity production. At Principal, he is

responsible for overseeing acquisitions and dispositions for the eastern half

of the United States. He has been involved in equity transactions

approximating $15 billion dollars. This investment activity includes

structuring joint ventures, forward purchases, portfolio purchases and single

asset acquisitions. These activities cover the risk spectrum from

development to stabilized properties and encompass the four main product

types of office, multifamily, industrial and retail. Mr. Halliwell is also a

member of the Investment Committee for Principal Real Estate Investors

and a contributing writer to the firm’s economic research team. Prior to

Principal, Jim was a Senior Vice President at Signet Banking Corporation

where he was in charge of the real estate workout area. He received an

MBA from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in

Finance from Georgetown University. Jim is a member of the Urban Land

Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers.
