As President and Chief Executive Officer of Doran Companies, Anne sets the strategic direction for Doran Companies. Together with Founder Kelly Doran and Chief Financial Officer Ryan Johnson, Anne ensures the development-led company is well positioned to maintain its competitive edge and continue its strong growth trajectory. Anne received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Blake joined Oppidan in 2018 as President, where he oversees Oppidan’s strategic direction, expansion, operations and continued growth in the senior housing, mixed-use, industrial, retail and multi-family sectors.

Prior to Oppidan, Blake served as Managing Director of CBRE, Inc. in Minneapolis and Senior Vice President of Cassidy Turley in Phoenix. He has been named “40 Under 40” by the Minneapolis Business Journal in 2014, 2016 CBRE Market Leader of the Year, and a Top 10 Overall Producer in the Phoenix market from 2008-2012. Blake is active in his community and is a board member of the Young Presidents Organization, Rein in Sarcoma, The Thielen Foundation, Minneapolis Downtown Council and the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce. Blake earned his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Villanova University in Philadelphia.

Mark Jepson

Mark Jepson is Managing Partner, Executive Director, and General Counsel for

Commercial Investment Properties, Co. (“CIP”), a second-generation family-owned real

estate company headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska. CIP is a vertically integrated

investment, construction, development, and management company with over thirty

communities and 6,500 units in the upper Midwest.

CIP has been actively developing new apartment communities in the Twin Cities Metro

since 2014, totaling over 500 units. Three additional projects are in the current

development pipeline-- Aspire at City Place in Woodbury (253 units), The Rowan in

Eagan (172 units) and a new project in pre-development in Plymouth (300 units plus

commercial).

Mark leads all site selection, purchases, sales, entitlement management, and strategic

development partnerships. He is also responsible for all matters of governance, capital

partnerships, direct equity investments and transaction management.

Prior to joining Commercial Investment Properties, Mark spent twenty-five years as a

leader and senior executive with a First Commerce Bancshares, Wells Fargo and Arbor

Bank in Lincoln, McCook, and Omaha Nebraska. During this time, Mark has served in

leadership roles with a numerous local and state housing, economic development and

philanthropic boards, including the Nebraska Commission for Housing and

Homelessness, the Nebraska Children and Family Foundation, the Nebraska

Diplomats, the Ambassadors and The McCook Economic Development Corporation.

Mark is the current Chapter Chair for YPO Gold Nebraska and is the Incoming Regional

Gold Chair for the Western Region of YPO International. Mark holds Bachelor of Arts

and Law Degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a member of the

Nebraska Bar Association.

Peter J. Coyle advises business and institutional clients on solving problems related to federal, state and local law and regulation. He represents clients before the Minnesota Legislature and state agencies, as well as cities, counties and townships, on a wide variety of business licensing, permitting, regulatory compliance, environmental review and related matters. The main focus of his practice is advising developers and contractors who are seeking local and state regulatory approvals associated with new commercial, industrial and residential land development projects.
