Neville Rhone is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Capital Partners. Along with Quincy Allen, he is responsible for overall firm strategy, investments, asset management, financing and dispositions. Neville is also primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s Texas opportunities.

Neville is a 25-year veteran of real estate development, finance and investing with over $6 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc Capital Partners, Neville was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (“Canyon”). At Canyon, Neville led Texas/Southeast acquisitions and invested in over $1 billion of real estate. Prior to joining Canyon, he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley focused on real estate investing. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Neville was a senior development executive with Tishman Realty Corporation, a leading mixed-use developer and operator located in New York City.

Neville is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a trustee of the Marlborough School and board member of the Economic Resources Corporation.

Neville graduated from Cornell University with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering (Civil Engineering) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Neville is also an avid triathlete and marathoner.

Laura Stumm

Laura Stumm is a managing director with Newmark Knight Frank in Los Angeles and a lead member of Newmark Knight Frank's West Coast capital markets investment sales team, led by West Coast President Kevin Shannon. Since joining the Shannon Team in early 2011, Ms. Stumm has worked in various aspects of the investment sales process, including operations, marketing, analytics and brokerage. She has participated many of the West Coast's highest profile dispositions, contributing to over $25 billion in brokered transactions by the team since 2011. Ms. Stumm's dedication, professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail make her an essential member of the Shannon Team. Ms. Stumm has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. She lives with her husband and son in Manhattan Beach.

Andrew Van Tuyle

Andrew “Andy” Van Tuyle has been active in the acquisition, disposition, finance, brokerage and management of commercial real estate for over 20 years. As the Senior Managing Director of Investments for BH Properties, Andy oversees the Value Add and Bankruptcy divisions of the company, and is responsible for identifying potential acquisitions, stalking horse bids, debtor in possession financing, and other related opportunities. He has handled the closing of over $3 billion in transactions in over 20 states and has expertise in all major asset classes of real estate.

Prior to joining BH Properties, Andy worked in private equity, finance, brokerage and syndication with various groups in Los Angeles. He was named one of the Real Estate Southern California’s “Top 40 under 40” real estate professionals and was chosen by Commercial Property News as a “Star to Watch” in the commercial real estate community.

Andy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of San Diego. He is associated with multiple business associations and local schools, such as Loyola High School, Flintridge Sacred Heart and St. Bede the Venerable.

Former President of Maguire Investments: responsible for the oversight of a 5 million square foot portfolio, primarily located in Southern California. Grew revenue from approximately $100 million to $250 million in 3 years.

Former Managing Director at Eastdil Secured: responsible for debt placement and loan sales. Placed over $20 billion of commercial real estate loans, sold more than $3 billion of performing & non-performing mortgages and mezzanine loans, and participated in a variety of M&A and recapitalization transactions.

Former Manager in KPMG’s Real Estate Consulting Group: performed a variety of consulting engagements and managed due diligence activities for over $5 billion of commercial real estate transactions.

Chris Fraley

Chris Fraley is Chief Investment Officer for RealtyMogul, overseeing underwriting, closing and asset management for the firm’s debt and equity investments. Chris has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, including sourcing transactions and negotiating complex joint venture equity partnerships.

Prior to joining RealtyMogul, Chris was a Partner of Rockwood Capital, a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm managing more than $8.3 billion of equity commitments from investors. From 1999 through 2011, Chris was responsible for acquisitions and asset management on the East Coast Chris served on the Investment Committees of multiple funds, and was member of the Research and Strategy Committee and of the Management Committee.

Chris is also an Advisor to Forge Development Partners, a San Francisco based affordable housing developer with $500M under development. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Brookwood Group and an Advisor to RealBlocks.

Chris remains an active voice in the LGBTQ community, having previously served as Vice Chair the Board of Directors of StartOut, as well as the Board of GLAAD.

Justin Latorre

Justin Latorre is the Managing Director of Auction Services at LightBox. Since 2004, Mr. Latorre has been involved in over $1 Billion of value-add investment real estate transactions in the retail, multi-family, industrial and residential sectors as an investor, broker, and online auction facilitator.

Mr. Latorre’s experience and market knowledge have given him the ability to create value intelligently and imaginatively for his partners and investors. Justin began his real estate career in Orlando, FL, where he began purchasing and rehabbing single-family homes. He then moved on to brokering the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, raising private capital for discretionary investment, and placing and trading debt. Justin’s subsequent experience in securing and selling commercial assets in an online auction format position him a leader in the future of commercial real estate - one of his core responsibilities was to identify, analyze, and evaluate over 5,000 commercial real estate investment opportunities.

In addition to his role with LightBox, Justin is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Torro Capital Group, LLC. He is currently a partner in a 200,000 sq. ft. portfolio of retail centers which have seen value appreciation of over $20 Million. He also sits on the board of Tapestry Group, a foundation that owns and operates affordable housing apartment complexes.

Mr. Latorre has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and minor in Economics from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
