What You'll Learn By Attending This Webinar:

The SB‑721 inspection deadline for initial inspections has come and gone but, for many building owners and operators, the real challenge is just beginning. This webinar will walk you through the initial inspection requirements, how to smartly and safely navigate the repair process following the inspection. We’ll explain SB 721 in detail, cover how to control costs, eliminate unknowns, and avoid the surprise expenses that can often appear mid‑project without proper planning.

You’ll learn why the initial minimally invasive SB‑721 inspections often miss hidden damages, and how a structured three‑phase process can protect your budget and timeline: (1) thorough enough inspection & reporting, (2) investigation, design and permitting, and (3) construction. By understanding and managing these stages correctly, you’ll gain the insight needed to make informed decisions, keep your properties compliant, and prevent costly surprises.
