Matt envisions, designs, and oversees the implementation of tailored customer experiences, as well as assuming responsibility for delivering project benefits. Matt has over 20 years of expertise in influencing executives and earning the trust of boards and regulators. Matt's current responsibilities include spearheading technology transformation, cloud adoption, digitising the customer experience, and developing a data-driven culture, all of which serve as the foundation for the Generative Artificial Intelligence revolution. Matt is the father of triplet daughters, so he has vast experience with multitasking, resilience, and conflict resolution.
