Louise Bunting is a CIO and Sustainability leader predominantly in construction and financial services. Louise has worked at Yondr, KPMG and a broad range of global banks and exchanges. Having led IT teams for many years, she established a Sustainability function in her Global CIO role at Yondr, she is now CIO for Carbon Net Neutral Tech Solutions who specialise in IT carbon measurement and reduction.

Ozgur Duzgunoglu was appointed to the role of Design and Engineering Director

for Telehouse Europe in January 2023 after previously holding the role of Head of Engineering and Design when he joined the company in May 2022. Prior to joining Telehouse Ozgur worked on the design of building services for a number of projects from residential buildings, data centres and IT infrastructures for new and existing buildings to trading floors and disaster recovery centres for financial services. He is a chartered engineer and member of the Engineering Council, UK and The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, UK.

Malcolm is the Technical Partner within Cundall's Critical Systems Team, which specialises

in the design of data centres and other mission-critical facilities

He has an interest in the design of energy-efficient cooling solutions for data centre

applications. In this context, he has been involved in research into the effectiveness of free

cooling strategies, residual heat reclaim and liquid cooling solutions. Malcolm also has

collaborated with several cooling equipment manufacturers, in the development of their

products. More recently, he has been working with Iceotope on the development and

application of chassis-level liquid cooling solutions.

Recent project experience has included hyperscale air-cooled data centres in Sweden,

Ireland and Denmark, the latter of which included a large-scale Waste Heat Recovery

scheme. He was lead designer for the world’s first multi-storey, indirect air-cooled data

centre in London’s Dockland. He is currently involved in the design of a new high-rise facility

in Singapore, which has been claimed to be the world’s largest ‘single-building’, hyper-scale

data centre.

Malcolm is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and is an Accredited Uptime Designer. In

2016 he was proud to be voted DCD Business Leader of the Year for EMEA.

Adam is a qualified building services engineer with 30+ years of experience working in the construction industry, initially working as a major contractor before moving into project management 13 years ago. He is a dedicated professional who has broad range of project skills, has a particular talent for driving successful result-based teams and an industry-wide network of proven relationships.

Adam’s focus is engineering-led projects. Whilst he has worked across many different sectors on projects from £10-£500m both in the UK and Europe, his experience and skillset have naturally focused on the successful delivery of particularly complex data centres and plant replacement projects. Adam leads G&T’s project management offering in this sector.
