Kari Pitkin is the Head of Business Development for Europe of Allianz Real Estate. Based in London,

she joined the company in 2019 and has over 20 years of EMEA Investment Banking experience. Kari is

responsible for driving origination and partner management for more complex cross-border equity deals

on a Pan European basis. Prior to joining Allianz, she worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch where

she held the position of Head of EMEA Real Estate & Lodging, having joined the firm in 2005. Kari holds

a bachelor ́s degree in Economics and Sociology and an MBA from the Darden School of Business in

Charlottesville.

Grigor Hadjiev

Grigor Hadjiev is Allianz Real Estate’s Head of Product & Development for West Europe responsible for the design and execution of large capex programs and topics including ESG and ‘smart‘. He also leads the Innovation & Digitalization activities, bringing data asset management into the firm’s existing expertise. Prior to joining Allianz Real Estate in 2018, he was Director for French-speaking Switzerland at Drees & Sommer. He started his career as an architect and general planner before joining a strategy & finance advisory firm. An alumnus of ETH Zurich, HEC Paris and ENSAPLV, Grigor holds master degrees in Architecture and Management. In 2017, he became a qualified member of RICS.

A specialist in sustainable property management of commercial and mixed-use property, managing around £25 billion of commercial space for a variety of leading UK funds, REITs and real estate investors. The firm currently has approx. 60,000 tCO2 and over 500 properties under operational management. Rowan is creating a new Energy by MAPP product to harness MAPP’s collective purchasing power to get better energy deals for their clients. He recently brokered the first CPA for the first ever solar-powered business park. He is also a Board member of the BBP and sits on the UKGBC’s Commercial Retrofit Taskforce.

funding and people behaviour conundrums, given the technology is the easy bit.

Graham Reece

SVP, Head of European Logistics Construction

Graham Reece is Senior Vice President, Head of European Logistics Construction for Trammell Crow Company. In this role, Graham oversees the analysis, procurement, and delivery of all industrial projects in Europe. He also serves as the Senior Technical Advisor for the European market.

Graham has over 25 years of experience working on large-scale development and construction projects in EMEA. He has an in-depth comprehension of end-to-end real estate development in multiple countries, particularly relating to logistics. Graham is primarily responsible for technical analysis, budgeting and underwriting of potential new development projects in Europe./

In his role at Trammell Crow Company, Graham also provides expert commercial and technical leadership to design and construction teams in Europe with focus on creating efficient and attractive solutions and overseeing projects from acquisition and concept stages, through design development to final product delivery.
