Aleksandra is a director in Urban Land Institute’s research team, focusing on sustainability in the built environment. Her role is to support the real estate sector to decarbonise faster and at a larger scale through ULI Europe’s C Change programme. She is also a part of the ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance at ULI’s HQ in the United States, working to demonstrate the link between carbon reductions and increased asset value, supporting the business case for green buildings.

Christina joined Delancey in 2022, having spent her career at the intersection of finance and sustainability, bringing a wealth of experience in Responsible Investment and ESG analysis. At Delancey, Christina drives the firm and fund level ESG practices. Previously, Christina was Senior Associate ESG consultant at NorthPeak Advisory and KKS Advisors, where she built sustainability strategies and ESG investment frameworks for alternative asset managers, corporates, and allocators. Christina’s work on capital market reactions to corporate announcements of long-term strategic plans has been published in the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance and Harvard Business Review.

Danielle is responsible for both the sourcing and active asset management of property investments and developments for the Barwood Capital Funds. A Chartered Surveyor since 1998, Danielle previously worked at Lambert Smith Hampton where she was a divisional director working in the Midlands managing a team of professionals.

Antonio leads Catalyst's Italian practice where he works on projects in the field of ESG and sustainability of real assets. He specialises in both new developments and existing buildings operating in different sectors ranging from residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, educational, logistics and data centres. During his career, he has advises both owners (investment funds, developers, asset managers) and occupiers.

Antonio holds a PhD in Sustainability from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master of Science in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He has published papers in top-tier journals on the impact of green buildings on sustainable development and on the forecast of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in developed regions.

Antonio is a chartered engineer and a member of the Sustainability Council at ULI Europe. He also holds several accreditations including LEED AP, WELL, AP, WiredScore AP, HPI Assessor, Fitwel Ambassador.

Mike is UK editor of Bisnow. Before this, alongside three friends he bought pan-European property mag EuroProperty out of non-existence and re established it before selling the business to PropertyEU. Prior to that he was editor of Property Week, and has also worked for Estates Gazette.
